Welcome to SH Drilling. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://shdrillings.com) and the purchase of our engineering, drilling, and geophysical services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SH Drilling provides specialized engineering and geological services, including but not limited to:

Water Borehole Drilling (Residential, Industrial, and Agricultural)
Geophysical Surveys and Subsurface Investigations
Mineral Exploration
Solar-Powered Tube Well Installation
RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant Installation and Maintenance
Geotechnical Investigation and Soil Testing

2. Quotations and Pricing

Estimates: All rates provided on the website (e.g., price per foot) are estimates based on standard ground conditions.
Site-Specific Quotes: Final pricing is subject to a formal written quotation following a site assessment. Factors such as rock strata, depth requirements, and material specifications (PVC vs. Steel) will impact the final cost.
Validity: Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

A mobilization deposit is required before the commencement of any drilling or installation project.
Progress payments may be requested for large-scale industrial or agricultural projects.
Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the drilling or installation, regardless of water yield (see Section 4).

4. Geological Risk and Water Yield

Nature of Work: Drilling is an exploratory process. While SH Drilling utilizes advanced geophysical surveys to identify water-bearing structures, we do not guarantee the quantity or quality (salinity/potability) of water found.
Dry Bores: The client remains responsible for the agreed-upon drilling costs per foot even if a borehole does not produce the desired water yield due to unforeseen geological conditions.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access: The client must provide clear and safe access to the site for heavy machinery and personnel.
Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary local authority permits or No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for drilling in their specific zone (e.g., DHA, Bahria, or SITE).
Utilities: The client must clearly mark any underground utilities (electricity, gas, or sewage lines) at the drilling site. SH Drilling is not liable for damage to unmarked underground infrastructure.

6. Equipment and Warranty

Pumps and Motors: Warranties for submersible pumps, solar panels, and RO membranes are provided by the respective manufacturers. SH Drilling assists with warranty claims but is not the primary warrantor.
Workmanship: We provide a standard [Insert Period, e.g., 6-month] warranty on our installation workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or dry running of pumps.

7. Limitation of Liability

SH Drilling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on shdrillings.com, including text, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of SH Drilling and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
